Padideh Shimi Jam Company, as one of the pioneers in the supply and production of chemical materials and compounds required by various industries in the country, and by leveraging its technical expertise, organizational competence, and valuable experience, believes that through the establishment and effective implementation of an Integrated Management System, while focusing on the needs and expectations of stakeholders and creating sustainable value, it can play a significant role in supplying key raw materials and enhancing the technological level of industries that utilize chemical materials.

Accordingly, the Company’s strategic orientations and key policies are as follows:

  1. Increasing domestic market share and expanding exports by strengthening its role in the supply chain of various industries.
  2. Developing and offering high value‑added products through research and development of knowledge‑based products.
  3. Continuously optimizing processes by emphasizing employee training and empowerment, utilizing information technology solutions, and eliminating operational errors.
  4. Diversifying resources and ensuring continuous, efficient, and high‑quality production through effective risk management.
  5. Eliminating hazards, preventing occupational diseases, reducing pollution, and protecting the environment.

In pursuit of this mission, the Company is committed to allocating the necessary resources and complying with all legal, regulatory, and international requirements related to Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Customer Satisfaction Monitoring and Measurement Guidelines, and Complaint Handling Guidelines, based on the following standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 10004:2018, ISO 10002:2018, and HSE-MS. The Company shall establish these systems across all organizational levels and continuously monitor and improve their effectiveness.

Senior Management considers active participation, the utilization of collective wisdom, and consultation with stakeholders by all employees as essential prerequisites for the successful realization and implementation of the system. Furthermore, it emphasizes awareness of system requirements and full compliance with them by all personnel.
